Cancellation Policy
Guests are required to visit the portal (https://youthhostelbooking.wb.gov.in) for cancellation of booking against the booking ID.
In case cancellation is desired, GST Amount will not be refunded. The refundable amount will be as follows:
- Between 120 days to 60 days from the date of reservation – 90%
- Between 120 days to 30 days from the date of reservation (For Auditorium) – 90%
- Between 60 days to 30 days from the date of reservation – 75%
- Between 30 days to 15 days from the date of reservation – 50%
- Between 15 days to 5 days from the date of reservation – 25%
- After that – NIL
Reservation may be cancelled by the authorities in case of acute administrative requirement / operational issues. No cancellation charge will be deducted under such a scenario.
