Cancellation Policy
Guests are required to visit the portal (https://youthhostelbooking.wb.gov.in) for cancellation of booking against the booking ID.
In case cancellation is desired, GST Amount will not be refunded. The refundable amount will be as follows:
- Between 5 days to 0 days from the date of reservation (For All) - 0%
- Between 29 days to 6 days from the date of reservation (For All) - 25%
- Between 59 days to 30 days from the date of reservation (For All Except Auditorium) - 50%
- Between 60 days to 30 days from the date of reservation (For All Except Auditorium) - 75%
- Between 120 days to 60 days from the date of reservation (For All Except Auditorium) - 90%
- Between 120 days to 30 days from the date of reservation (For Auditorium) - 90%
Reservation may be cancelled by the authorities in case of acute administrative requirement / operational issues. No cancellation charge will be deducted under such a scenario.
